Domain Registration
Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed. This is due to ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) policy and domain registry fees that are non-recoverable.
VPS & Dedicated Servers
VPS and dedicated server plans are subject to a 3-day money-back guarantee. Setup fees are non-refundable.
